We’ve recently decided to cut back on our caffeine intake and feel so much better in ourselves both mentally and physically. We still LOVE the taste of coffee and have been enjoying some delicious decaf flat whites and lattes, but at home we’ve been making lots of these. Golden plant goodness!
We make our Turmeric lattes by grating a generous amount of fresh ginger and fresh turmeric giving it a powerful kick. We also top them with some fresh black pepper, which helps you to absorb the nutrients of Turmeric.
If you don’t fancy making them at home (and staining your hands and with turmeric!) then our favourite place to get one of these is 42 Juice. They serve them in lovely big mugs, which make you feel like you’re getting a hug with each sip you take.
350ml Roasted Almond Milk (or plant milk of your choice)
